The Lit Up You

↓

You don’t just speak your truth, you stand in it - even when the world shakes beneath you. You are unshakeably certain about all that you are, and all that you feel and you know that it’s more than enough. You are unwavering in your quest for truth - even though it’s sometimes uncomfortable.

Claiming your next level self is the beginning of a lifelong journey...

...As each layer of your old self falls away and your newness emerges - raw, vulnerable, open. You are returning home to your truest form, and it’s a process that happens not once, but over and over for the rest of your life.

You have a lion’s heart.
Tough grit.
Buns of steel. 😉

You deserve to be acknowledged. Celebrated.

Introducing: IGNITE The Lit Up You

An 8-week portal of possibility for the woman who desires more, is ready to embody her power, and express the trueness of all that she is.

Ignite The Lit Up You is a Self-Guided Transformational Experience with Live Rounds Held Twice Per Year.

This is the place where you get clear on what you want, have the guidance and support to go after it unapologetically, and have a sisterhood of smart, driven women - who know what it means to dance with you shadows - all cheering you on.

I'M READY - LIGHT ME UP!

Choosing yourself: your desires, your dreams, your VOICE - is actually the bravest thing you can do.

The status quo is in some ways easier. It’s familiar, and you know what to expect.

🔥🔥 But it doesn’t light you up. 🔥🔥

And beautiful, you DESERVE to feel lit up, and live fully expressed as you burn brightly.

But it begins by leaning into the unknown. Your darkness.

By exploring your darker edges, you begin to transform into the woman you’ve always meant to be.

She’s within you now.

Willing. Ready.

Before change is possible, you need to be willing to do things differently. We know this to be true because the way you’re doing them now has kept you in the same place. And while acting differently is simple as a concept, it can also be kind of intimidating - because what does that even look like?

🔥 It means thinking in different ways that the women who came before you did. And they were the mothers, sisters, teachers who helped you become the woman you are today.

🔥 It means speaking out and stepping up in ways that you know are necessary, but haven’t seen modeled before - and you may not be entirely sure how it’s done.

🔥 It means shifting the way you see yourself - because you are so much more than the roles you play. You are a sovereign being who is aching to live an authentic, fully expressed life.

Imagine this...

You confidently express yourself in the workplace with grace and actually receive the recognition of your work, acceptance of your ideas and compensation for your contributions - just as you deserve.

You stop nit-picking at your partner and finally speak what’s on your mind, asking for what you need and what you desire. But instead of ending in a fight (as it usually does), your partner is receptive and can actually hear you, and your partnership flourishes as a result.

You wake up excited to see “YOU DAY!” blocked off on your calendar - delicious time to fly solo with no one asking, expecting or demanding anything of you. Because giving back to yourself is now a priority, instead of overgiving to everyone else.

Have we met?

I'm Seryna! I spent the first 30 years of my life hiding who I was. I was angry, defensive, sad, and never quite feeling safe to express how I felt. I worried about how others would react, if they’d leave, and if I could even trust myself to speak up without hurting the people I loved.

Especially since I’d only express my anger or frustration after they had been bottled up for a long time and would explode.

In the last decade, I’ve realized this: just because you grow up without knowing how to express your feelings doesn’t mean you can’t learn. Stop feeling like the meanest mom on the block and start truly loving yourself, eye rolls and all.

Here's what my clients have to say about our work together...

It was life changing, to be honest, to be in that space. To be held in a kind healing, safe container where I was witnessed by these wonderful people really was a blessing. That gave me the space to be exactly who I was without any shame or fear, which I hadn't really had for a lot of my life.

Leena, UK

Seryna immediately put me at ease, creating a space that felt comfortable to share, feel and let go.
I received some much needed clarity to put my present in perspective and move forward with real joy, with some new tools to help in that process.

Aileen, Canada

Seryna is so full of wisdom and has this beautiful ability to ever so gently awaken the truth within you. She can help you really see underneath what is missing, and get to those places that you weren't willing to look. All the while holding a space for you that is filled with love, that feels so safe and without judgment.

Nicole, USA

You’re done twisting yourself in knots to make other people comfortable.

Sorry, not sorry. Mama’s moving on!

Frequently asked questions

You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.

Are there live calls?

At this time we are only offering replays of the last live series.

Can I do this instead of therapy?

The Lit Up You is not a replacement for traditional therapy or health advice. It’s a guided tool for self-exploration and acceptance. It is not intended to be used by someone in acute trauma/crisis, with PTSD, or with severe mental illness. Folks in those positions would be better served by a mental health practitioner, rather than a coach or mentor.

How much of a time commitment is this?

Great question! The lesson videos are 15-30 minutes depending on the week, and if you're short on time you can get all the same info from the workbooks. During our live runs, the calls are weekly and up to 90 minutes each, but they're optional and replays are available for you to use any time. You'll want to set aside about an hour each week to reflect on the journal prompts and work on the soul assignments. Remember: you have lifetime access, so you can take this at whatever pace fits into your schedule.

What if I change my mind and want a refund?

Due to the digital nature of this program and since all the content is available up front, we have a strict no refunds policy. Please send an email to addmagic (at) seryna (dot) ca to ask any questions before registering.

What if I'm not ready for this depth of inner work?

I don't want you to sell yourself short - the fact that you've made it this far tells me you're likely ready - you might just feel a bit nervous about making the leap. (And that's totally normal at times of big shifts!)

You are always in charge of the pace, so instead of doing the lessons weekly, you can slow them right down and gift yourself more time to integrate. You have lifetime access to the content, so you can always take a break and come back if you need to.

And of course if you're not ready, you know where to find us when you are.

Do you offer 1:1 coaching?

I absolutely do! It can be a great way to tailor the journey or continue what you've learned within The Lit Up You. You can find my latest coaching offerings HERE.

Who can I contact if I have questions?

My team and I are happy to help! Send us an email to theteam (at) seryna (dot) ca and let us know how we can support you!
